I want to build a personal Website
If you are planning to write a website for personal use (you may have a hobby you want to show to the world, or you may want to put your opinions and views on the internet or there may be some other reason) then you probably dont want to spend a lot of money getting it set up.

I am willing to learn some html coding and I am interested in how websites actually work
For this option you need to have some interest in computing and/or coding. If you can put in the time you will get very rewarding results.
I am not interested in coding, I just want my website up and running!
This will give you a working website in a much shorter time and with less learning involved. However, your site will not be easily expandable and this is not the best option if you have larger plans for your site.
